A lot of being noticed for your work is maintaining integrity and a sense of self worth in what you are doing defining yourself by your work putting your heart and soul into it, working on it all the time until where the work ends and you begin becomes one of those blurred gray areas because you and your work have become one and the same this kind of thing does not go unnoticed it is inspirational
the only way to get better at your work is to constantly work at it we don't wait around for inspiration a lot of it is just showing up and doing the work in the act of doing it we create our own inspiration we get carried away in the work and before long where we once felt no inspiration at the moment we are suddenly charging forward forging new paths in our art showing what can be done
